1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Have no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Custom-sized, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products

  • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us first at:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Different color

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must also be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

For defective items, we will replace the product at no extra cost once verified.

For size/fit issues, you may exchange, but return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)

  • Shipping costs are not refunded

Refunds May Be Denied If:

  • Product shows signs of wear or damage

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Item is custom-made or final sale

  • Product is returned after 14 days

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear pictures of the issue

  • We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation

There is no cost to the customer for defective product claims.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

  4. Processing can take up to 10 business days
