Returns Made Easy

Need to return or exchange? We're here to guide you through it, hassle-free.

At Rexada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange products for:

  • A different size.

  • A different color (subject to availability).

  • A different product (the customer must pay any price difference).

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your returned item is received and inspected.

Custom-Made & Personalized Items

Because many Rexada products are made-to-order or custom manufactured, customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The wrong product was sent.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Please review your size, color, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once approved, Rexada will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Rexada cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

Important Information

Before returning your item:

  • Please ensure clothing is clean and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

  • Do not remove protective packaging until you have confirmed the item is suitable.

  • Please try on garments indoors before use.

  • Motorcycle boots should only be tried on indoors. Items showing signs of outdoor use cannot be accepted.

  • Helmets and protective equipment must be returned in unused condition with all protective packaging intact.
